1/ Can you check the panel server firmware is the latest (currently 001.006.00), if not please upgrade
2/ Can you check with your IT that your panel server has the correct network settings to push data out:
Have you configured DNS parameters?
Is an http or https proxy required to push data out from your network?,
Can you check that the url given in "Enabling Schneider Electric Cloud Infrastructure" chapter of the user guide are authorized

I have a PAS800 installed at our Innovation Hub in Oslo, Norway. Its not able to connect to cloud, "Connection In Progress" keeps spinning but never connects. It has internet access and firewall are open. I have another PAS that connected successfully and works as intended.
Can you please point me in the right direction on where to get support?

What is the Connection diagnostic associated to the connection status "in progress" ?

In my opinion, it means that your Panel Server is not correctly instanciated in the SE cloud.
No way to fix the problem on your side (all your settings looks correct)
Preliminary questions:
- Is it a real commercial product Or a R&D developement sample previously delivered to SE countries ? (R&D dev product are not supported by SE cloud.)
- What is the fw version ?
Depending of your answer, the next step could be to open a ticket for support and in this case, @Eric_HAVAS will provide info for this.

- I don't know if the PAS in question is a real commercial product, but I guess its a quite early one. Is it possible to identify by serial?
One more question as I have your attention:
Import of Modbus map from an "unknown" device is possible, but in what file format? Do I need access to some tool to generate an importable file? If yes, who may I ask to get access to it?
