Panel Server failing to update firmware

Hi Xperts,

We have a panel server (PAS800) that is refusing the firmware updates via self webpage and EPC.

We have tried resetting to factory and still no success in updating the firmware.

Current Firmware is 001.006.000

Update via webpage – It is saying “Bundle Invalid Signature” (We have tried hardware V1 and hardware v2 with same results). The PAS does not have a physical print of which HW it is so we are assuming it is HW1

Hello @jedzruiz1985 

Ensure that the time is correct on your PAS before doing the upgrade.

For sure this is HW V1, HW V2 is only available with 2.0.

Hi Guillaume,

All good now! it was the clock. Previous commissioning we had didn't need to set the clock first when updating the firmware.
