Hi All
Would like to inquire about an issue with the Panel Server 600 (Firmware 001.006.000). We've noticed an event log message "Publication failing or data buffer near full," and the LED indicator is continuously blinking orange. I have checked with the customer that all communication is working well and the PAS is not connected to the cloud.
Any suggestions on how to diagnose the device and resolve the issue? Thanks

Hello @Stuart_Cheng ,
Are you publishing to ETP or not ? If yes and you have the cloud connection icon in red, this is normal to have a buffer full. I strongly recommend to upgrade to 2.0 as ETP connection has been improved.
You have to restore communication to ETP and let the PAS to empty the buffer, It can take a while.
To troubleshoot the connection issue either get a disgnostic from PAS or check network, publication settings.

Thanks for the reply.
I checked with the customer, and they confirmed that they are not publishing data to ETP. However, from the screenshot, I noticed that data sampling is in green. Could the event message indicate that the memory is full? If so, do you know how to clean the buffer in PAS?
Thank you!

hello, if the PAS is used as a modbus tcp gateway, or not intended to log data, just disable publication and data sampling. If you are not pushing the data to SFTP, https, nor ETP with data sampling enabled you will fill in the buffer....
