Dear community.
A PAS800L recently installed can't export data. It happened when we were configuring it for the first time.
When we try to export data, there's a message "error trying to download data"
The sampling is enabled, the date/time configured manually and the firmware version is the 001.004.000
Please find attached the screen shots of the problem.
