Does the PS800 Server Panel allow PME or 3rd party software to access its historical data? Via Protocol?
It similar like PME able to read datalog in Power meter?

Hi all,
Two additional info:
- the format of the csv export from the Panel Server will not be modified because used by several clients (PME + SE advisors) who does not expect the same format so not possible to align for all at Panel Server Level.
- Solution currently in dev/validation between PME and Panel Server teams for a better integration (timeline not communicated for the moment)

Hi,
I can confirm what @Thierry_Baudard wrote below. The format of CSV file from PAS will stay as it is, however the ETL will be updated to be compatible with it. The solution should be already available via Tech Support on case-by-case basis, so if your project requires ETL integration of PAS files I would suggest to reach out to Tech Support. This is expected to be released at some point, but I do not have firm date to share.

Hello @Samart_Ploypradab ,
PME cannot read internal log of the Panel Server.
PME can read onbard logging only if your Power Meter:
I do not know if the Panel Server is now compatible with the ETL tool of PME (just like Com'X510).
The goal is to make Panel Server publish .csv file and use ETL to import the .csv data to PME database.

Hello @Samart_Ploypradab ,
You will find more info about CSV file format here.
In case of manual export:
In case of automatic publication:

I can see that the CVS format of a Panel Server publication file is close to a Com'X510 CSV (picture below).
The difference is with the Topic ID:
So for the moment, I do not see any simple solution to transfer PAS800 data into PME database.

Hi,
after my understanding only option for PAS is to push data to SFTP folder on a computer, and not as a cheduled e-mail publications?
Have several customers that need to forward historical data through email.

It's unfortunate to see that ETL import into PME is not supported for this advanced datalogger, which has been marketed as a direct replacement for the Com'X range (which is discontinued and no longer available).
Can you please give us a timeline for an update to either the PAS firmware or ETL to support this essential data transfer functionality?
Thanks,
Matt

The fix to load CSV files coming from PAS using ETL is now released and available here: ETL EGX extract task fails for PAS600 and PAS800 FW 1.6.0 csv files | Schneider Electric India (se.c...

Thanks @Szymon_Hochół , I have applied this fix, however I can see that even after removing the " symbols, this still leaves another issue.
Is there any possibility of this being addressed?

Hi,
A customer uses ComX510 as a datalogger and publish, csv files trough e-mails to a third-party energy system. The ComX is unstable in theire facillitys, and need to be replaced.
Don`t understand why IFE server has this CSV- email opportunity, but not PAS800?

Hi @matt_azzo_com_a , Did you find a solution to use ETL tool with a Panel Server csv format considering that TopicID is not a specific number?

Hi @MarianTodorov,
To my knowledge the format was changed in v1.6 and stayed the same since then. So it should apply to v1.7.

Hi All,
I read the discussion loop above and knew that PME cannot read the onboard logging of the Panel Server.
Would like to check if this function is on the future roadmap ? Or ETL tool is the only way to integrate data into the PME database?
Thanks

Hi @Szymon_Hochół Were you able to get historical data logged by PAS to PME? I noticed that even after removing the " symbols, this still does not work. ETL cannot read the csv file as TopicID, Device LocaI ID and Device Type ID are not numerical data.

Could you do it? The ETL tool is not accepting my csv file as TopicID, Device LocaI ID and Device Type ID are not numerical data.

Hi @karina.romero ,
in case you experience issues with ETL process, I strongly recommend to raise a case with Tech Support.
