PAS800 Import Custom Models

Hi,

Is there an Excel template available for "building" a Modbus Map to import under "Import custom models" on the PAS800?

Client has a mix of existing Schneider and other WAGES meters to be integrated with the PAS800.

Panel builder already supplied and installed PAS800.  We need to do final integration and commissioning.

can you attach one expamle-Excel-Sheet?

The note "Refer to the PAS800 documentation" is not effective because it is not described in the manual.
Is there a separate guide?

I've been waiting for weeks for a hint on how custom devices can be created "Refer to the PAS800 documentation", as it was possible for example with EGX300

Hi KaiZo,

I just spoke to my local Schneider Technical representative.

Apparently, the only way, still to build a third party map is via the Schneider Commissioning Tool to which only Schneider technicians have access to at the moment.  So, Systems Integrators have to provide the relevant Modbus Map to your local Schneider Technical assistance upon which they will compile the file to be uploaded to the PAS800 for you.

Asking when Systems Integrators would get access to the tool, the reply was end-of-July-2023.

For now, with the multitude of 3rd party Modbus devices to be integrated with on our project, this does not sound like a feasible solution, so hoping to see this functionality become available soon...

If the tool is supposed to be available by the end of July, maybe we will get it in the next few months. 😊

Don't understand Schneider's actions, but there will be definitely reasons.

The replacement of an EGX300/comx510 without integration of custom devices would be difficult for my customers and means a no-go.

BTW: a description / structure of the Excel sheet would be enough, I don't need a tool

EPC-Web will be the tool to develop a custom model for Panel Server.

This web portal will provide the ability to export the model in Json format and then import it into the Panel Server. There is no alternative solution with an Excel sheet.

This tool is not yet open and it will not be open in July for all users, but later (expected for the 4th quarter of the year)

Please contact your local Schneider electric support to find an alternative solution for the developement of your custom model.
