Hi
Customers IT department is trying to set up HTTPS receiver on their server and get error message Authentication HTTPS Failed (see attached word file). ?
Runs FW 002.000.001 in Panel Server
The Server, Port, Path is correct regarding the customers IT system.
Any suggestions ?
The Panel Server has a self signed Security Certificate
Can customer upload a Security cerificate provided by their network administrator ?
(like in Com´X510)

Hello @AndersDahlskog ,
Custom SSL Certificate upload feature is not yet implemented.
SSL Certificate (including PKI management) for publication and PAS Web access is planned in the scope of the SL2 certification (seems not for this year).
Right now, customer needs to deal with the Self Signed SSL Cert embedded in the Panel Server.
If customer can't authenticate to its server through HTTPS, better send the technical logs to the tech support for further investigation.
Regards,

hello @AndersDahlskog the stupid question was for me, I did not understand that the question was "can we import a certificate" I thought https publication was not working for the customer and as the screenshot was empty...
Kind Regards

hello
I am a PAE and I don´t put in stupid questions. I respond to a customers questions to clear their IT concerns before they approve Panel Server for use in all their plants (Pre Sales). Naturally have I and the customer studied relevant User Guide, Cyber Security Guide, Release Note.
That is the origin to my question
Can customer upload a Security cerificate provided by their network administrator in the Panel Server ?
(like in Com´X510 that they have used before)
Screenshot is in attached word file, provided to show a potential cause of error because of this
