Hello,
PAS800 V1.10 manual is indicating that trending is limited to 16 curves. I am having 40 measurements displayed (ie 40 Curves ?), what is the consequence ?
Seems there is a "Zoom in" function when using trending (not mentioned in user manual), but is there a zoom out feature ?
Thanking in advance

Hi Guillaume,
Float32toFloat32, Yes, the PAS is at V2.0.0.
I realised my problem. A user error 😄
I hadn't seen the 'Data' Selection option directly on the Trending page. whoops.

Hello @Guillaume_Evrard,
Thank you for raising this concern.
Indeed, we recommend limiting the trending visualization to 16 curves, but technically there is no limitation implemented in Panel Server.
16 curves is a limitation enabling to optimize both the visualization and charging time of the trending page.
You can definitely select 40 measurement, i.e. 40 curves, but you might encounter a screen with illegible data.
Moreover, according to the number of measurement selected and the quality of your connection, your screen might need some time to be displayed.
Regarding the zoom in function, it enables you to narrow the windows to more specific dates, to come back to your original dates, you can re-select the dates you want to visualize.
We have no zoom out function.
Best regards.

Hi Emilie,
Is there any way to force trending/visualisation on a measurement?
I currently have a PAS800L which has a custom model installed that only displays data under the "Data"/"Advanced Data" views.

Hello @rob.ward93,
Can you explain your requirement ? do you want a real time trending feature ? Not sure of it
Kind Regards

Not real-time, historical would be fine, but the measurements that I have configured don't automatically load on the trending screen in the PAS.
I believe the reason is that each day at midnight, the connected device returns NaN on the data request.
I would expect that the PAS can ignore these NaN values and plot the data regardless.
The NaN issue is within the meter, not with the serial interface or the PAS.

Hello,
They should appear has nan is invalid so no data will be displayed.
What is the logic code and encoding used in your custom model ? INT64UtoINT64U ?
If I understand well, your trending when you select the device and the measurement and the period of time is empty ?
Are you using 2.0 FW ?
I would suggest to get in touch with support
Kind Regards
