I quickly checked in EPC W and I do not see valid models for PM200. Links posted by Romain are providing details on how to create your models.
You can try this one which is basic. I did not test it.

FYI the correct reference you are looking for is PM210 (Modbus Serial Port).
PM200 has no comm port.
PM200P communicates only Energy through pulse counting.
PM210 is not native to Panel Server so you have to export the Model you can find on EPC-W:
The status is "Limited Release" but you should be able to download it and import on your Panel Server.
