Hello @mhptaf
If you have already:
1/ upgraded your PaS to firmware 002.002.000,
2/ exported again your Custom Model from EPC Web to get the latest data format from EPC Web that match the latest PaS firmware,
3/ Import the "fresh" custom model again in the PaS firmware 002.002.000
and it fails => Please Contact your Customer Care Center which is the Schneider Support organization and provide them:
your custom model and the Panel server logs to troubleshoot.
Regards
Eric

Hi @mucahit ,
Make sure that you have generated frames for your registers. Additionally, if you have introduced unit, make sure that the character is acceptable. Maybe even delete the unit and try to see if it works.
Best regards,

I'm having the same problem. I pulled the logs and I get an error "required property 'measurementDefinition' not found in object" that seems to be at the root. The model is being generated by the EPC web page, but I don't see any reference to a 'measurementDefinition' object in any element and don't see where that would be generated from in the EPC tool or I would try to manually edit it in.

My model is for a Leveton VerifEye 7000 power meter. I have 13 registers I am reading via 1 frame and used the pre-built measurement names for each of the registers I am reading (so the units should be good). I did compare to another model from the list of available custom models and it is as if a section of the json simply isn't being generated for my model, but I cannot pinpoint why.

hello @mhptaf,
Seems there is a bug in EPC W, can you raise a ticket to support?
I have deleted all the measurements on a copy of your model and added only one measurement IA, it is working, model in EPC W looks correct. You are right, the measurement section with PDM dictionnary is missing.
I got in touch with DEV TEAM, will see the answer.
