I really appreciate the effort in preparing this type of much needed design guide - great work by the team! I hope we continue to keep this kind of document updated with future releases. The topics covered such as recommended architectures, best practices, etc. are among the most useful things the product teams can produce to support countries sell and implement solutions. That being said, a few initial comments without studying the doc in more detail.
1. There *has* to be a chapter on how to integrate the "receiving" end of data with various systems with some configuration detail. Receivers include PME, Energy Operation and other potentially other systems that consume csv files. Details on file formats etc. should be here too. Chapter 2 looks like it should have this detail but doesn't.
2. Unless I am misreading this, there is repeated mention of "data publication" through wifi. I was under the impression that wifi is only for configuration presently. Does this feature work or not with the latest firmware? If it does, why didn't we raise the awareness that this critical feature is working now? If it doesn't, we should fix the design guide.
3. Minor quibble - the document could use some tighter editing to minimize repetition and potentially reduce length.
Thanks again..

I reflect both Ram's points above regarding WiFi data transfer and data receivers (my email to you lard week asking how to get the logged data into PME - like the logged DIs)

Understood...Just to clarify the WiFi point as this document does confuse the issue. WiFi today in the Com'X 200 is only setup and configuration. In Version 1.3 (expected to release next month {October}, the WiFi will allow for "Infrastructure Mode" where we can utilize the WiFi as was intended.
@James - We are also aware of an issue today with the format of the .csv file from the Com'X which limits the ability to import the file into PME via the ETL correctly. The team is aware and making the needed changes.
