No green power light on Com'X 210

I have a new Com'X 210 that I did not think was communicating with the network over ethernet port 2.

I had configured it the same as others that were working.  Only the ethernet light was working (green)

On reboot, the orange light for power would display and then disappear.

Thought it was broken. Repeated the factory reset and found that was able to reconnect to it and reconfigure (after orange powerlight and then no power light).  It works now and is sending data to PME.

The green power light still doesn't go on. Should I ask for a replacement or will everything likely be OK?

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some issues with your Com'X210.  If your Com'X is operating correctly, I think that it would continue to operate correctly.  However, there is a hardware issue (maybe just a bad LED or a bad solder joint).  If it is important to see that the Power LED is illuminated, then I would return it.

Regards,
Randi
