Hi Mahmoud,
My guess is that you are trying to get the time synchronized accurate on the Link150 against your monitoring network. But since the Link150 does not "output" anything other than function as a RS232/485 to Ethernet gateway, it would be quite pointless to implement SNTP function within.
My take is that the clock function should be removed to prevent,
misleading the customer with inaccurate reading
irritating the customer when he/she tries to repeatedly set the clock accurately
making the customer worry that an inaccurate clock may affect the function of the Link150 in anyway
