How to Configure ION7650 (RS-485) Using EGX150 Ethernet Gateway in PME

Hello everyone

I have a problem for ION7650 using EGX150 gateway with RS485 no response in PME2020 and modscan.

For hardware EGX150 and ION7650 are working normal the LED show as picture.

In management console EGX site status is connected but when I checked diagnostic viewer >> no response.

Please help me to find the way out.

Hello @Cake , 

Things to check:

1. Please check with ION Setup how ION7650 serial port is configured (COM port, baudrate, etc.)
2. What is the protocol attributed to your ION7650 Serial Port (ION or Modbus ?)
3. If ION protocol on serial port, did you check on Link150 interface if you allowed ION pass through ?
