While we are supporting clients online through remote access like team viewer we are unable to activate login data as remotely FTP pushing is not happening. Please let us know how we can do this. Thanks

Hello!
Sounds weird. The ports used by Team Viewer and the FTP push are different. You shouldn't have this kind of problems. One thing to know is that you need to have something to push in order for the push to happen. If your device log export schedule is set to interval or interval or hourly, it will only try to push what hasn't been sent yet. However if you set it to daily, weekly or monthly, then it will push the entire stack. Change the interval, save and try to push.
Hopefully that will do the trick. (remember to roll back to whatever it was once you've finished to troubleshoot the issue).
Hope this helps. Otherwise, give us some screenshots maybe so that we can try to help.

Hi Gautam,
have you checked if you can access the FTP server from the customer's network?
Maybe a firewall is blocking outgoing FTP.
Also, check the logs on the COMX200, to troubleshoot it.

It was case related to the EGX300. anyways, the person is looking at the case now, with inputs from you and Laurent.

If the EGX300 is not pushing data, you can always consider "pulling" it
from it, i.e. connecting to the EGX300 via FTP and download the logs.
