Can only 50 system logs be displayed or recorded in a ComX200 with Application version 1.0.11?

This week I am doing a test to see if ComX200 will stop sending data log into EO via FTP connection and stop data logging for downstream devices after the operation failed "many times". Anybody ever experiencd this issue? And I found out that only 50 system logs can be displayed on ComX200 web page, but I need more logs to trace the events.

Does anybody know how many system log can be recored in a ComX200 with application version 1.0.11? Who knows what is the strategy for system log saving and displaying? And how to export the sytem log out into a excel or PDF file?

Hi Ryan.  Is there  reason why you are using Firmware Version 1.0.14, and not the latest 1.1.14?

Thanks for your reply. The device installed on the customer site use v1.0.11. Maybe I should ask the customer to install the latest verion to see if it is helpful for the issue.

I am on the latest version of the COMX200 (1.1.14) and also can only see 50 logs.

The COMX200 just stopped sending data via GPRS for no apparent reason.

We had to physically restart it to get it working again.

I want to see why it stopped sending.  With only 50 logs I cannot see that.

Please can you tell me how to export the sytem log out into a excel or PDF file?

Hi Arjan,

You right on the log. A log export function will be implemented for the next October version. This is not yet available on the current version.
