Ta Cong, have you set a IP for your EGX before? If no, you may try the default IP, 169.254.0.10.

Ta Cong,
We use an application called 'Wireshark' to find 'Lost' EGX100 IP addresses, in the filtered screen shot below, I powered the EGX100 from an external supply without an Ethernet connection.
Using a laptop with a the Ethernet settings set to obtain addresses automatically, I ran wireshark setting it to collect data from the network connection to be used.
Then I connected an Ethernet patch lead between the computer directly to the EGX100.
Wireshark will capture streams of data and you don't need to leave the EGX100 connected for long, 5 second will do before disconnecting the Ethernet patch lead.
Enter 'arp' in the filter box and hopefully you will get similar results to the below.
You can see in the 'Source' column on the row highlighted the last 3 segments of the MAC address of the EGX100 I connected, preceded by 'SquareD' .
The 'who has' IP address in the 'Info' column is the IP address of the EGX100.
Change your network settings and connect on the same range as normal, either directly or by a switch.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Darren

Wireshark will work but you can also try using a ping scan tool like Nmap. You can scan a range of IP's very quickly using the command nmap -sn 169.254.0.0/24 (change the IP address to the subnet that you're in).

WireShark sniffing the broadcast WhoIs traffic on the Ethernet port connected directly to the EGX100 is the best option for sure. It will only send you what you want on power up so be sure you start the sniffing before power up then turn off after about 5 seconds of power up so you don't have so much traffic to filter through.

Ta:
Have used the WireShark method. You need to read past all the noise so see the IP. We had often used the serial port with a cross over cable and specialty DB9 to RJ45 plug. This requires HyperTerminal that Microsoft no longer provides with newer OS builds.
