Firmware V6 of FDM128 not recognize their devices Acti9

The FDM128 firmware update to version v6 (attachments updated firmware ); reconose the smartlink but does not recognize their devices(IEM2010,iTL, etc). How retroceser the FDM128 firmware version?

In addition, communication is done via EGX300(

Hi Lisbet,

A couple of things to check:

- Is your Smartlink Modbus or Ethernet up to date ?

Acti9 Smartlink Modbus fw version: 1.2.1

Acti9 Smartlink Ethernet fw version: 2.2.8

- Did you configure Acti9 Smartlink with Smart Test ? Did you push the configuration inside Smartlink ? (icon on the top left).
