Good Morning,
I have recently done some reconfiguration of the metering network to check on the performance and energy accuracy of the PM8000 vs iEM3255 (one being revenue grade and the other being MID certified). Checking on the per minute logging, everything is well and good, but when switching to the energy dashboard to get day on day comparison, something seems out of whack,
Selecting Saturday (29 August 2015) yield results starting from 9.00am only. Why? I figured out that there may be a +8 hour shift due to the device not factoring that I am in Singapore and I have a +8 hour GMT timezone.
As you can seen from the above, the data for the period from 12.00mn to 8.00am on Saturday (29 August 2015) is present in the device, but is not shown on the previous screen capture. Similarly, Friday (28 August 2015) graphing only starts at 9.00am.
One final screen capture on the above topic. Again, you see all logged data for Friday (28 August 2015) is present in the device and the graphing for the selected day, Thursday (27 August 2015), only starts from 9.00am.
I would classify this as a bug in performance. Can someone else test by changing the timezone and see of the graphic start time is affected? Appreciate the technical team follow up and correct this observation come next firmware update. Thank you.

it has been about 1 month, is anyone looking at this issue? The energy dashboard in it's current state is not presentable to customers as it shows an obvious error in representation and they will start to doubt the accuracy of the logged information
