EPC on WS2019 - Node Server UI is not running. Please try again

Can Ecostruxure Power Commission be installed and open successfully on Windows Server 2019?  I ran the latest .25(?) version EPC installer as administrator.

It is a PME2021 server that was previously running .NET framework 4.7.2. Part of the EPC installation failed (the upgrade to 4.8 .Net framework), however the install was completed following this.

Now when opening EPC there is a Node Server UI is not running. Please try again popup. 

Just need to upgrade firmware on Panel Servers. I will try that from the PAS web interface.

As far as I know, EPC cannot be installed on a server. I tried this several times over a year ago with no success.

This is also still stated in the Installation Guide 6 from 29/7/22.

Software Requirements:
• Microsoft Windows® 10 operating system with .net framework 4.8 support

As mentionned previously by Philippe, the current version of EPC cannot run on WIndows Server.

As you explain, the solution is to download the Panel Server fw on SE.com and use Panel Server web page to upgrade the gateway..
