Can anybody tell us the MTBF of the EGX150, we have drawn a blank looking for the info ourselves, the customer won't sign off on the design of the system without MTBF figures for all components, there is around 150 of them on this job, if we cant get this info we are going to have to switch to a Moxa device.

It's OK, Schneider UK came up with a figure, although i am yet to see it documented as such.
This sort of info should be a little bit easier to come across really, most data sheets of other manufacturers network/control/monitoring equipment has it and a lot of other Schneider products do too.

Must is a tough customer. Never been asked this in nearly three decades of PowerLogic and I go back to Sy/Max communication.....

They re proving a little bit tough and thankfully Schneider UK came up with an answer.
I can open pretty much any other manufacturers literature and find a MTBF on the spec, we always struggle to fins the Schneider figures, even for PLC kit.
