Hi Everyone,
I have a Com x 200 device communicating with Ecostruxure building operation workstation over Modbus TCP/IP. Now I am trying to receive same tags into my plant SCADA system which is ignition scada but the communication is not going through as I am not sure about the slave address which is default (based on manual it should be 255). I tried to check with modscan but not getting any luck.
Can anyone share the solution and if Com x 200 data logger and communicate to different systems at the same time?

hello,
COMX200 is no more supported but COMX200 modbus gateway is working in the same way as COMX210 or PAS. What do you want to get ?
Kind Regards

Hi @osama.1rizwan ,
Many possible reasons...
1st, please confirm that the Com'X200 is communicating well with EBO, and check also you can access to the Com'X Web pages.
Com'X can accept many upstream TCP communication, do I do not think this is your issue.
Slave address 255 is dedicated to the Com'X internal registers (Digital, Analog Inputs). When you connect the Com'X to upstream system, please use each device "Local ID".
Did you connect the Com'X through an Automation Server ? Or directly to an EBO Enterprise Server ?
