EBX510 FTP configuration issue

Hi Everyone!

We have a customer that needs the automatic publication enabled using FTP protocol. I tried to setup the FTP server and the publication feature on the EBX but it didn't worked. When I click the Manual Publication button, the "authentication failed" error appears.

Have you tried enabling authentication and adding a username/password?

Hi! thanks for your reply.

The FTP server is configured to allow all users in basic and anonymous authentication.
