Hi
According to datasheet the 2 DI can deliver power to e.g a "passive" pulse meter.
If the pulse meter is "active", the power comes from the pulse meter. Is it then possible to use the DI ? as in Com´X210/510

Hello @AndersDahlskog ,
Panel Server install sheet could be improved about this topic...
As an example, iEM2000T or iEM3210 have solid state pulse outputs (also known as S0 pulse or open collector) compliant with IEC 62053-31. You can connect them directly to PAS DI. 24DC supply is available on pins I1 or I2. Wiring will be as below:
Wiring is similar to a Smartlink IO Channel:
If your energy meter has a dry contact (mechanical with no supply or electronics) for pulse output, you need an external power supply to connect to the PAS DI.

Hello,
PAS is not as convenient as ComX regarding DI. I would say it should work taking into account the same reference for the 0V potential. A "wiring" guide like this one for ComX would be helpfull.
Install sheet provides wiring details for DI which is not friendly in case of dry contact....

Hello, thank for clarify. As I understand the 2 DI can be used for Digital Input through Dry Contact (the pulse meter is active, 24 VDC supplied from the pulse meter) or be used for Digital input through Potential Contact (the pulse meter is passive, no 24 VDC supplied from the pulse meter)
