Hi all,
I got from L1 support a phenomem with the dashboard which we cannot explain. . However a customer send us two snapshots which they normally use for reporting:
Snapshot A taken on 17/12/2014
Snapshot B taken on 02/01/2015
Normally you would expect that the kWh consumption realized in a month would be the same when you are creating a dashboard
Here you can clearly see that some previous months clearly are different between the two snapshots. For example
July :
- Snapshot A: +/- > 220000
- Snapshot B: +/- 210000
August
- Snapshot A: +/- 180000
- Snapshot B: +/- 190000
Anyone had this before or if this is known...what would be the answer to the customer?
