Yes, this is an "unusual" occurrence. I would recommend updating the Com'X to the latest release version of firmware, which is version 6.0.7. Here is a link to download that version. https://www.schneider-electric.com/en/download/document/ComX_510_v6.0.7/

Thanks. The solution has been accepted but was not completed. Haven't got the job yet. Will initially try a reboot from web page. Won't really enjoy remotely upgrading the firmware, but if the reboot doesn't work will give it a go.
