I have a single site that employs 7 no. Com'X510 energy server and 9 no. Link150 Ethernet gateway to monitor and log data from 208 no. power meters (PM5110, IEM3255 & IEM2155), 1 no. Elster A1700 PV meter, 15 no. Mitsubishi fan coil units and 13 no. Smartlink (107 no. pulse meters) - a solution that I believe has been completely mis-sold by the Schneider sales representative - I think PME would have been a much better fit!
Initially, data logging was set at 30 minutes for all measurements but this proved too cumbersome for the site energy manager to download all of the data each month from the 7 no. Com'X.
Data logging was changed mid-August to daily logging (24 hours) to reduce the amount of data and make it more manageable but since doing this, all 7 no. Com'X have failed to report any usage despite showing real-time values for energy in the Measurements Table.
Could anybody shed any light on why this might have happened? I could understand if the month of August didn't return any data as part of the month would be 30 minute data and part would be 24 hour data but I would expect September and October to now be reporting correctly.
Thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately, there is an issue where data logged once a day cannot be exported. We have resolved this issue and the fix will be available in the next firmware release, which is scheduled to be available mid-November. As a workaround, increase the logging interval to every hour.
We apologize for any issues this has caused.

Randi

Is there no mechanism in tech support to inform users of shortcomings of products and planned fixes rather than the user having to raise a topic? Whatever happened to the Product Bulletins of old?

Currently, there isn't a mechanism in place to list/manage all of the known issues in a public format. However, we will consider creating one.
Thanks,
Randi
