ComX210 & CSV Files

I have two Com'X210 (v6.5.4) installed within a single site. Each is connected to a different Modbus RTU network having custom models, both are measuring Current, Voltage (L-N) and Energy in real-time but only logging kWh at 30-minute intervals and both publishing data via FTP to a cloud site every hour.

Com'X #1 is connected to 12 no. Eastron SDM630 power meters

Com'X #2 is connected to 23 no. Carlo Gavazzi EM24-DIN power meters

The FTP transfer is working as intended but when the CSV file arrives in the cloud, the file is empty apart from the header (see attached)

Any ideas?

Custom models attached.

Both custom models worked and delivered data via FTP prior to upgrading the Com'X to v6.5.4

Here is the latest version of Com'X firmware, which addresses the issue you are having exporting data.
