ComX200 Upgrade v1.4.6 Failure

Hi Team,

I tried to upgrade my Com'X200 firmware from v1.1.20.CN to v1.4.6. It looks like the procedure of "UPGRADE" & "REBOOT" was successful. But after restarting, the firmware was still v1.1.20.CN.

I know v1.1.20.CN is a local special firmware for China. Was the firmware locked? or How can enable upgrade new firmware again for China local version?

Hello,

Chinese firmware can only be upgraded with Chinese version.

At this time the only Chinese version available is the v1.1.20.CN.

If local version of firmware is a concern, how about upgrade the firmware to the general 1.1.20 then upgrade it to 1.4.6?

In fact, I have tested this way. But while I did this procedure (v1.1.20.CN > v1.1.20), my ComX200 reported ""Firmware upgrade failed: The firmware file format is not valid for this upgrade".

And it is weird that the same upgrade problem was happend in my normal ComX200 gateway.
