I'm trying to upload files to 'ftp.ems.schneider-electric.com'

I connect successfully but when it trys to send the csv or zip file I get the following

Error	Delivery	08/14/2015 05:23:38 PM	Publication of MEASUREMENTS message to ThirdParties failed
Error	Delivery	08/14/2015 05:23:38 PM	Failed to send file MDP 11 - CC913_20150813191424.csv to ThirdParties ftp.ems.schneider-electric.com:21: The connection was reset

Ive attached a bmp of the message along with the the diag file.

customer has assured us they are not blocking any ports and when I use FileZilla it works just fine.
