Com'X510 not displaying historical data

I have a Com'X510 (v6.5.4) that is connected to 22 no. IEM2155 meters and 2 no. Smartlink over Modbus Serial and 15 no. IEM2155 and 1 no. Smartlink over Ethernet (EGX150).

All meters are set to log daily and publish monthly values for Active Energy into the Load plus all meters display real-time values in the Single Device View, Summary Device View, Device Settings > Measurements and Measurements Table.

However, a small selection of meters do not display data in Historical Trending and cannot download data in the Historical Data Export. Data is also missing from the monthly published files which are exported to a PC using FTP.

Any ideas/suggestions?
