I have a system comprising of a Com'X510 monitoring 12 no. PM5110 and 1 no. SIM10M which is measuring a 0-10V analogue value from a steam meter.
Whilst configuring the SIM10M in the Com'X I encountered an issue where I could not modify or delete the SIM10M from the Device Settings page (if I clicked on the SIM10M image in the "tree", all I could see was the last device I viewed - either the Com'X or a PM5110 power meter). I could not modify or delete the Custom Model associated with the SIM10M.
Additionally, if I navigated away from the Device Settings tab to any other tab, the web page refreshed immediately but when trying to return to the Device Settings tab I was presented with a blank web page. The only way to open the Device Settings page was to log out and log back in again to the Com'X but I still experienced the same issue.
I have attached some screenshots of what was happening and also of the Com'X configuration. The firmware was upgraded on 30th May 2019 to v5.6.9.

Could you report this Com'X issue to your Schneider Electric country support office, they will escalated to us.
Also could you export Com'X diagnostic(diagnostic info) and configuration files its will help us investigate the problem.
