Com'X 510 (EBX510) Slowness after some time

Hi everyone, 

 

I have a cliente with a Com'x510 and 7 PM710 (ModBus RTU). Just it.

No publishing, just internal logging. Normally one client at a time.

Simples installation.

 

After configured, the system work fine for some days (20~30). After this, it start to present excessive slowness in the webpages access and stops logging data.

If I reboot, everything comes back to works fine again, and the cycle restar. After 20 days, deathly slowness.

 

Does anyone have experienced this? Any suggestions?

Hi,

 

What is the logging interval for the Com'X? There is a known issue when logging daily that causes the logging to stop after approximately 20 days.  If you change the logging interval to any other period, this issue does not present itself.

Loggin interval between 1-2 minutes (varies from data to data)

Complementing, despites the small log interval, the size of the memory card is always above 3Gb of free space.

I guess I'm a little confused by this response.  The PM710s logging parameters are all "Electricity".  The Com'X will only let you configure the logging interval based on the commodity type.  So, is the Com'X configured to log once a minute or once every two minutes?

 

Also, I suggest you contact the Customer Care Center in your country for better assistance with this issue.  They can connect to your Com'X and retreive diagnostic information which can help determine the issue.
