I have a Com'X510 (v6.6.5) which my customer is using to log data from PM5110 power meters.
When he does a manual export of historical data to a CSV file, the date format changes on 13th of each month and resets again on 1st each month.
Set to record data in MM/DD/YYYY format, the data is reported as below.
01/01/2020 00:00 to 01/12/2020 23:45
then
01-13-2020 00:00:00 to 01-31-2020 23:45:00
then
02/01/2020 00:00, etc.
The date format appears to be American but it is flagged as UK. Within Excel, the data can’t be used in this format and the date format can’t be changed or imported.
Why does the date change format on 13th of each month? Sample file attached.
Thank you.

Hello,
This is something that Excel is doing. The file that is exported is just a plain text file with no formatting information. It can be opened with a simple text editor, such as notepad.
Best regards,
Randi
