Com'X510 Firmware Upgrade to v6.5.4

Yesterday, I upgraded 7 no. Com'X510 from firmware v6.0.7 to v6.5.4 to resolve a reporting issue.

 

All of the Com'X went through the upgrade process and returned to the login page. However, upon logging back in, each Com'X would not load, stopping with a greyed out page and "Pending Request 1".

 

Please can you advise whether there is a known issue with this upgrade?

So, we do see this issue using Microsoft Explorer 11.  We do not see this issue using Chrome.  Which browser are you using?

Hi,

 

We have not seen this issue when upgrading from 6.0.7 to 6.5.4.  Resetting the browser cache may remedy this issue.

The client PC is using IE11 (v11.1.17134.0) and clearing the cache has made no difference - the Com'X still "stalls" at Pending Request 1.

 

Unfortunately, due to security protocol, this client PC does not have internet access but I have asked my customer to download a copy of Chrome from another source and install it on the client PC to see if this resolves the issue.

I've finally changed the browser to Chrome and all is working well again 🙂
