Com'X 510 unable to save Custom Event

Hi Sir/Madam,

I failed to save Custom Event in Com'X 510.

There was a popup message "There was an error saving Custom Event" with no additional information.

Could you please help?

Hi Janet,

If you are still having this issue, please contact your local Customer Care Center.  Also, please provide log files that are available under Maintenance > Logs > Get Diagnostics Info
