Hi
I am having some issues trying to read values from a NS800N breaker with Micrologix 5.0 E.
The breaker is connected to a Com'X 510, I am unable to find the NS800 breaker as a type in the Com'X.
I am however able to read some values in the Com'X by choosing e.g. Compact NSX E as the type, but I guess that is a coincident, that some registers are the same. When I add the breaker in management console, I choose Micrologix 2.0/5.0/6.0E, but when I try to add the link in Vista it displays "No managers".
So my first question is: How to add a NS800N with Micrologix 5.0 to a Com'X 510? The next step would be to implement it in PME. I have also asked this question in the PME community

Hello,
The Compact NS is in the same family as the Masterpact NT/NW. So, you will want to select the Masterpact E as the device. There are three selections for the Masterpact E based on the communication module. If you are using the legacy BCM, you will select Masterpact E. If you are using an IFM, you will select Masterpact E IFM. If you are using an IFE, you will select the Masterpact E IFE.

Thank you for the swift reply! I have not been to the site, so I am not really sure about the communication module. I have attached some pictures that the customer has sent me, maybe it is possible to see what the module is, based on the pictures? Both IFM and IFE types seem to work. The BCM did not work.

I can't see the Comms module from the pictures. However, you should be able to tell based on the device ID. If it's 255, it's an IFE, if not, it's an IFM.

Ok, the ID is 8. So then it's an IFM. Thanks!
