Can't add A9XMC1D3 (Power Tag C IO) to PAS800,600 or 400

When I try to pair the A9XMC1D3 to PAS600, it does work for 10 seconds and disconnect and removes by itself.

Can anyone shed me some lights please?

Powertag Control with firmware >= v2 are supported by panel server family and not PowerTag Control with firmware v1. (Firmware version of PwT C are displayed in Panel Server webpages or EcoStruxure Power Commission Desktop application)

you can also identified Pwt C v2 visually as they have a QR code on their side and not a Data Matrix.

Take the opportunity to check also that you're panel server has the latest firmware.

Unfortunately @RWG924 , up to now, there is no possibility to upgrade PowerTag Control firmware.
