Can I have Device logging from a generic modbus device using EGX300?
We have a Serial Modbus Slave device connected using RS485 to an EGX 300 . That is to read over Modbus TCP/IP the slave registers
That works OK and we can read the data . but the question is :
As the EGX 300 has the option to logging data , we like to log 2 registers of the slave device . But when we try to configure the logger only some preloaded devices appear. In other words we can’t find the way to logging a standard Modbus device .
Any solution?
The registers to read are 2 real ( DINT ) 32 bit register Address 40015 & 16 and 40017 and 18
The Modbus slave device is a TBUABR20-1000 base radio . from Accutech telemetry
