We have installed our first COMX200 and is publishing it to REM. We have upgraded it to the latest firmware.
For some unknown reason all values are divided by 1000! (See bold values in the output file!)
please can you have a look why this is happening??? This is extremely frustrating!
I have also attached the commissioning procedure we have followed. We use 30 min standard in SA.

I'm sitting with a confused client! It seems clear to me that the EBX200 was not tested in this area? @Schneider Team is there any news regarding a fix?

Hi Arjan,
I've only been pushing to EO, so haven't seen this. But can easily test. Was it with any type of meter? Which one are you using?
A work around would be to push to "3rd party" which uses the EGX300 file format. Since REM supports the EGX file format, it should do the trick (even though I personally prefer the CMEP file format which is more compact).
3rd party is the "CSV export" option.
At least until we have more time to investigate, you can sort out your customer.

We have fixed the problem. This will be corrected in V1.1.20 of COM'X 200 firmware which will be available at the end of the month on SEC.

Hi Catherine,
What about the strange timestamping of the Com'X that we have found on a site (was also reported on the SEC but I never got back an answer for this issue), will this also be corrected with the new version? I also made some tests here in the office with the same result. It seems that data have been sent randomly in the device (for example you can have 4 devices connected to the Com'X. Two have on an hourly base 4 entries, beginning with XX:00 and the rest of the devices with XX:15 or one device has suddenly only 3 entries and then on the next run 5).
Thanks
Daniel

Hi Laurent,
We are trying the CSV export option now, but I see the COMX'200 is exporting it as a .ZIP file, and it seems that EVO/REM doesn't support ZIP files.
What now.......?

Hi Laurent,
this "trick" is not working, since the EBX200 is exporting CSV not exactly the same as the EGX300 used to do.
Looks like the "return" characters have been stripped from the CSV file, notice in the screenshot below when you open them up in notepad.
Also, the rem / evo server rejects them. I have set the correct date/time format to match egx300 format.

Hi Arjan, as I'm sure you are aware I had to remove the 4 x COMX's from site as they are not suited to work on the REM platform. The client was putting pressure on us to complete the installation so we replaced them with the older non Schneider modems that work!

I'm now going to remove my 4th ComX from site!! This has been very embarrassing and costly for my company (not to mention Schneider). I cant believe that the ComX hasn't been field tested before released.
As I have mentioned in other posts the ComX has great potential but its not there yet.

Hi Nigel, if the issue that makes you remove the COM'X is the division by 1000 in REM , it is solved with V1.1.20
best regards
Catherine

Hello all,
I feel that the thread has drifted from the initial topic which was the REM scaling problem. From my point of view this issue is solved with V1.1.20. Do you agree ?
I propose to close this topic and I will make a dashboard with the issues that I will find here or that you send me by mail.
I will share this dashboard in a BOX, and you will be able to complete/precise the issues. I will update the status of the issues in this dashboard.
What do you think ?
