COM'X 510 with 2.1.18 FW CSV publication via SMTP

I have gotten a COM'X 510 with 2.1.18 FW to send out emails through a configured SMTP. It is also configured to send a CSV report. When the emails come in, the message is empty, and there is no attached CSV report.

I have tried this with compression enabled and disabled.

I have made sure there is data 'in the buffer' to be sent.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Please can you make sure that on the devices measurement table the topics are checked for logging and publication If only logging is checked, then the information will not be published.

I can indeed confirm that both the logging and publishing check boxes are ticked for quantities that are showing values.

Check to make sure the SD card inside the COM'X does not have the write lock switch engaged.

don't forget that Com'X only send unencrypted email.

Thanks Lazaro, it was determined that the write lock switch was engaged on the SD card. Thanks for the reminder about not using encryption!
