Hi Huys,
I hope you're doing well.
My customer has opted to replace the old PowerTag Link Concentrator with a PAS600. I'm currently tasked with searching for and adding the Wireless PowerTags to the new PAS600 gateway, as shown in the photo below. However, it appears that nothing can be selected.
I'm working on this remotely through an RDP session for my customer. Any guidance on how to activate the discovery mode/add devices would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @ArcherWang ,
As mentioned by Guillaume, please first check that your PowerTag sensor front LED is blinking fast orange.
If not blinking orange, it means that the PowerTag sensor is not ready to be paired with Panel Server.
In this case:

Hello, I let @Romain_Polette answer but his previous answer seems to confirm that if the gateway has disappeared and not able to communicate with the gateway (blinking fast red) you have to power off/on to reset it and be able to pair to a new gateway.
If you can unpair it should allow to pair it without requiring reset,
Kind Regards

Hello @ArcherWang ,
My answers in red below.
"If a sensor has been previously paired with a PowerTag Link (PTL) and is now being replaced with a PAS600, should I unpair the sensors before scanning them with the PAS?"
=> Yes this is the best practice. But it can depend on your case...
=> Case 1: both PTL and PAS600 are on or PTL is on - PAS600 is off:
=> Case 2 : PTL is off - PAS600 is on:
"Or is there a method to reset the sensors?"
=> You cannot "soft reboot" the PowerTag sensors (no front face button or restart feature integrated in the gateways). The only way to restart this sensor is to power it off/on (open/close the associate breaker). After a power off/on, the Ptag sensor should blink fast orange (ready for pairing process).

Hello,
Personaly I do not use EPC, I am using the web pages. Is the Zigbee wireless network activated on the PAS ?
Normally you should launch the discovery and pair your powertag locally. If the powertag was paired to the PTL you might have to unpair/reset it if similar to other zigbee devices but I do not use them.
A9MEM1540 is in the release not since 1.3.2, so it is supported.
Maybe you have to check the Led indication on Powertag to identify the status.
Kind Regards

Thanks for your reply.
Thank you for your response.
In the second scenario, if a sensor had been previously paired with a PowerTag Link and is now being replaced with a PAS600, should I unpair the sensors before scanning them with the PAS? Or is there a method to reset the sensors?
Kind regards,
Archer

Thank you very much for your response. I've been seeking detailed information because the PowerTags are connected to Circuit Breakers (CBs) in the main switchboard of a building. Rebooting the PowerTags would necessitate a brief power outage for the building, and I wanted to ensure that I have all the necessary information to coordinate this outage window effectively.
Kind regards,
Archer
