Add PM800 in a COM'X510

Hi Everyone

I installed a COM'X510 with 9 Power Meters. 4 of them are PM5330 and 5 of them are PM820MG. All of them are conected by a MODBUS, but i have a problem.

The COM'X detect all ID's, but only recognize the PM5330, the PM820MG doesn't recognize it.

What can I do?

Can be a problem with Firmware of the PM820?

Can start with confirming that the PM800s have the same serial settnigs (8E1 vs 8O1 vs 8N1) as other devices and that the baud rates match the gateway.

All are in Modbus RTU, 19200 Bdu, non parity.
