Acti9 PowerTag Link C fails to reconnect to Internet

Hi,

May I know if Acti9 PowerTag Link C is capable to reconnect to the Internet automatically?

As I found my PowerTag Link C disconnects to the Internet once there was network disconnection, and remains disconnected even when the network connection is resumed.

Hi Janet Lau,

The PowerTag Link C is able to reconnect automatically to the internet.

In some installation cases, that function is not operational.

In order to investigate more on your case, please contact your local customer care center.

Also, i highligh you that community doesn't manage that PowerTag Link C product (nor Wiser IP module).
