Hi all
When I try to connect to the Webpage of the Acti9 to make a Firmware Upgrade, the webpage crash and I get the following error on the webpage:
404 not found
Note that the device replies to PING command
Consequently there is no way to connect to the device and perform a firmware upgrade.
Any advise please?

Are you sure this is a Smartlink EL D ? EL D is dedicated to Cloud Connection (FESB) and I do not think there is embedded web pages for this gateway.
This product must be commissioned with the mobile app eSetup.

Yes it is Smartlink EL D.
What do you mean by FESB?
When I try to connect via Bluetooth via eSetup, twice the appt asks me to pair with the Smartlink EL D, and twice I click on OK.
But I did not succeed to connect via Bluetooth, is the issue with the device or with my mobile?
The error displays on eSetup is: An error occurred during configuration

FESB = Facility Expert for Small Business.
We are not supporting this gateway. This is supported by Home and Distrib.
You need to open a tech support ticket.
