Xenta 121-FC with STR106 - both valves always stay closed

The controller does not respond to the temperature set on the wall module. Both valves (heaitng and cooling) stay closed no matter in which position the temeperature knob is set.

Update:

-both valves closed only when the knob is set to cooling, everything works fine when heating

Think that is hard to say, without some more information.

Is it possible that you could add the ZBC file here?

Is the device connected to any system?

What space temp do you have when both valves are closed? What effective setpoint?
