Strategi meminimalisir pemadaman pada instalasi listrik

Selamat Siang,

 

Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, pada suatu saat harus melakukan pemadaman yang diakibatkan kerusakan atau jadwal perawatan pada Circuit Breaker yang ada,

 

Apakah bisa sharing cara untuk meminimalisir pemadaman pada beban ?

Jika ada dana banyak sih sistem bisa dibuat double outgoing. Tetapi untuk membuat sistem seperti ini perlu biaya yang lebih besar karena perlu dua outging CB pada setiap beban.

 

Jadi jika satu outgoing breaker rusak, beban tetap bisa menyala dengan di suplai dari breaker yang satu lagi.

 

Saya pernah lihat sistem ini di perusahaan oil and gas yang memang punya dana lebih besar dan tidak ingin pompanya mati.

Memang dengan double outgoing kita bisa memindahkan suplai listrik dari CB A1 ke CB A2 atau sebaliknya saat salah satu dalam perbaikan atau perawatan.

Saya pernah menawarkan suatu strategi untuk meminimalisir pemadaman pada instalasi listrik dengan Manajemen Stok (Cadangan).

 

Jika suatu instalasi memiliki 10 buat ACB Tipe Drawout (Tipe dapat ditarik) yang mana terdiri dari 4 unit 1250A, 4 unit 3200A dan 2 unit 5000A. Maka kita bisa membuat strategi menyediakan stok ACB sebagai cadangan jika terjadi masalah dalam salah satu ACB yang terpasang.

 

Besarnya jumlah stok tergantung dari tingkat kritikal dari beban yang di suplai atau dampak yang ditimbulkan jika terjadi pemadaman. Tentu saja tingkat kritikal beban lampu penerangan gudang lebih kecil daripada tingkat kritikal pada beban lampu penerangan sebuah Shopping Mall.

 

Dari tingkat kritikal tersebut bisa kita tentukan jumlah stok ACB berdasarkan populasi rating ampere yang ada.

 

Jika terjadi kerusakan kita bisa menggantikan ACB tersebut dengan ACB dari stok atau cadangan sementara ACB yang rusak dalam proses perbaikan.

 

Saya melihat metode ini juga akan digunakan dalam strategi Swab Baterai pada Sepeda Motor listrik dimana pelanggan cukup membayar kontrak kepada penyedia jasa untuk menukarkan baterai yang kosong dengan yang sudah penuh yang tersedia di area area tertentu.

Strategi "Scheduled Downtime (Pemadaman Terjadwal) vs Unplanned Downtime (Pemadaman Tidak Terjadwal)"

 

Dalam Strategi Maintenance / Perawatan Peralatan Listrik, lebih baik kita merencanakan penjadwalan pemadaman (Scheduled  Downtime) untuk melakukan perawatan dibandingkan dengan Pemadaman tidak Terduga (Unplanned Downtime) atau pemadaman akibat kerusakan pada sistem kelistrikan.

 

Dalam Pemadaman yang terjadwal (Scheduled Downtime) kita bisa mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya sehingga tindakan perawatan bisa dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan dalam waktu yang effisien.

 

Dibandingkan dengan Pemadaman tidak terduga akibat kerusakan pada sistem yang pastinya pemulihan akan lebih lama dikarenakan banyak faktor seperti : Ketidaksiapan Personil (Saat liburan), ketidak siapan suku Cadang, Ketidak siapan Produk Pengganti, dll.

 

Biaya yang dikeluarkan akibat Pemadaman tidak terduga pastinya lebih besar karena memerlukan penggantian part / barang yang rusak. Belum lagi Kerugian produksi (kerusakan bahan baku akibat terhentinya produksi),  Kerugian bisnis akibat keterlambatan pengiriman, Dampak yang mungkin timbul akibat kerusakan seperti kebakaran / ledakan.
