Terima kasih atas pertanyaannya.
Setting Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) bisa dengan:
1. Cek Full Load Current yang ada pada Nameplate Motor
2. Pastikan setting 125% dari Full Load Current.
Contoh: Full Load Current 60 Ampere, maka TOR perlu di-setting di 75 Ampere (60 Ampere + 25%)
3. Beberapa produsen sudah built setting TOR nya sebagai 125%. Untuk TOR yang seperti itu tidak perlu ditambahkan 25%.
Contoh: Full Load Current 60 Ampere, maka TOR bulit in 125% perlu di-setting di 60 Ampere
Khusus untuk Produk Schneider Electric, bisa cek d Price List book Bab 8, ada tabel pemilihan bersadarkan besaran Motor dan jenis koneksinya (Direct Online / Star Delta). Pada tabel ada recomendari CB+Relay Thermal dan Kontaktornya.
