IEC Power Cords
I just finished watching Pensado's Place, and the talk of the video was IEC power cords and how much they can affect the sound of the equipment by minimizing noise (THD, IMD, noise from lack of shielding). The company being promoted there was ESP (Essential Sound Products). That being a studio environment where subtle changes can be heard, how would or can this translate over to the live sound world? Would it be worth to fork over $200 + for a power cord, and do power cords truly have that much of an effect?

Hi Hisen22,
This particular forum is dedicated to power distribution and building automation, and primarily aimed at a Swedish community (hence the language). I am afraid you won't get many answers to your question regarding audio equipment in here.
I suggest you try to find a different forum on the web and post your questions there.
