It would be nice if I could change a EcoStruxure-server default password when connecting to a server.
My usecase: I start PCT EBO servers. I have to connect to them via WorkStation first and change password on admin account. After that it's possible to connect through SEAL. Otherwise it's not possible.

Hi Jens,
Thank you for your input and for providing a detailed description of your use case.
I have added your request to the list of user requests.
However, I personally feel that this specific request might not be added. The reason is that with SEAL, we aim to maintain a clear distinction between native workstation tasks and the features necessary from a SEAL perspective. This is to avoid creating a second Workstation. However, if there are tasks that significantly increase the efficiency of your work, then it might be a feature we should consider adding.

Thanks for the input. For the scenario where your login is admin/admin (only first time) and only for that scenario, I can definitely see it as part of an engineering task. As @StefanLundin states, we're not a second WorkStation.
I'd assume you actually set the admin password as part of installing software on an AS, so probably only a PCT thing... and having said that, probably a feature that would fit even better in PCT... define admin password 🙂
But great with suggestions! Keep them coming. Again, this is borderline, but for the first time start of a server, I can see the benefit.
